I am happy you have taken an interest in making mental health important. Finding the right therapist can be challenging. However, I can ease your mind with a 5-10 minute referral call to quickly assess your needs and identify if I am suitable in meeting those needs. I can also point you in the right direction to any additional behavioral health services you may need like group therapy, medication management or crisis services.

With over 10 yrs of counseling experience, my practice has transitioned to a tele-health platform providing the same great service to individuals who seek behavioral health support. As each person is different, the course of treatment varies based on those individual needs. What is needed in therapy is a willingness to change and be open for feedback and what is offered in return is support and no judgement.

Therapy can be an ongoing process. Discretion is valued and therapy is voluntary. Fear has stopped people from receiving the help they need, but that is something we can talk through as well. I am here to support you every step of the way. Let's find stability through inner work.
